So, while running IGCC, disregard the advice and check "Do not show again".This will take a few seconds and then restart ur pc which the computer will. There are not redundant, since not all functions existing in IGCP are available in IGCC. Click on it and then on the pop up menu on the title bar select uninstall. Turn the computer on again and everything should be working. After this is done, turn off your computer and plug in your graphics card again. Right-click it, and select Disable from the dropdown menu. Disconnect from the internet to make sure the driver will not be automatically updated by Windows. I'm using both applications: IGCP and IGCC. The utilities should be removed as well if they were installed with the Intel software. I have NUC7i7DNHE, with Intel UHD Graphics 620, similar to your laptop.In the latest version of this driver (Version: 26.20.100.7463), the Intel Graphics Command Center was not included in the driver package, although according to the Release Notes, attached to driver download page, it should be included.
